Shipping & Returns Policy

We care about your satisfaction as a customer. If you think you may have ordered the wrong item and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items back to us. If you change your mind regarding your order within 14 days of receiving your order, please:

Contact us and report your return. You need to quote your order number and name of product that you wish to return.

Mail the product back to us. Please retain a tracking number or delivery reference.

Upon receiving your returns, we will make sure that the returned items meet the terms and conditions as stated below.

If we are satisfied that your returns meet the requirements, you will receive the refund in the form of a store credit equivalent to the value you paid for it. All shipping costs are not refundable.

Mornington Peninsula Badminton Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or charge up to 30% restocking fee if the item(s) are not in re-sellable condition.

Terms and Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

All product tags must still be attached to the item. All packaging that comes along with the product must also be returned to us. For example, if you return a racket, any racket covers that come with the racket must be returned to us.

Sale and Clearance items are not returnable unless faulty.

Mornington Peninsula Badminton Inc. reserves the right to reject any returns.

If you have requested us to install strings on a racquet frame and seek to return the racquet to us because you have changed your mind, a $25 re-stocking fee applies to cover the labour and cost of originally stringing the empty frame.
